My order hasn’t arrived…what’s up folks?

Email store@elefanttraks.com with your name and order number. Sometimes Paypal wigs out and doesn’t update our website, or Australia Post has lost the order, either way our store manager will crack the whip and figure out what the problem is. If you didn’t get an order number, make sure you include your date of purchase and what you bought.

Really? The CD I just bought includes an MP3 download?

Yep, so no need to stand outside your letter box waiting for the real thing. After purchase, download the album for instant gratification! Of course if you are old school, feel free to wait until it gets delivered – your anticipation will be rewarded.

How do I download the digital album I just bought?

You will be sent a link to download the file, however make sure that you are logged in. If you haven’t logged in before, an email with your username and password will be sent on purchase. If you have logged in before but can’t remember your password, click here to retrieve it easily.

After logging in, click on the purchased files link on the top right to get a list of digital releases you have bought.
